Problem
The Calgary Foothills Soccer Club, with over 3000 active members, was looking to streamline its social media presence across multiple teams and channels. Their existing content strategy was fragmented, leading to inconsistent messaging and branding. Additionally, the club needed a new website that was user-friendly, budget-conscious, and allowed for internal updates without relying on third-party support. They also required support in various administrative and creative tasks like newsletters and graphic design.
Solution
BuzzMate Marketing partnered with the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club in May 2023 to develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that integrated consistent branding across nine different social media accounts, including both main and team-specific channels. We introduced a social media scheduler, saving over 10 hours of manpower monthly. Alongside this, we built a brand-new website that reduced costs from their previous provider and enhanced user functionality for both administrators and visitors. We also provided ongoing support in areas like newsletter development, graphic design, and various administrative tasks.
